Fabric Diet

I said I would not buy anymore fabric for several months-then I got the urge to try a GirlCharlee Knit Fix so jumped in for the January Knit Fix, which arrived on Wednesday.  I was so sick that day and stayed home from work.  When package arrived I could not get excited enough to open it and did so Friday.

 I think I won't try another knit fix for awhile.  There are a few pieces that I like and will definitely sew.  Some of the others I need to give some real thought to as to whether they will become something!

    I think you were very brave :-) I followed the Knit Fix group on Facebook for a while, and seldom liked the fabrics. Weird, because Girl Charlee has such great knits in their regular inventory. And these are 2 yd cuts. A lot of the things on FB were for kids, probably because of the yardage. However - I'm looking forward to see what pretty things you make! the plaid floral french terry and paisley are pretty.

    Now that I have tried it, I don't think I will do another knitfix! Like you they have some nicer knit items on the site and I have purchased a few. I had hoped that some of the pieces would coordinate well together and they definitely don't!
