This morning while reading pattern reviews at PR, I went to a new blog and wanted to subscribe to this blog. When I attempted to save to Google Reader, I got a message that this reader will be retiring July 1.
Perhaps you dear reader knew this. My question is what other reader resources are available that you may currently use? Ease of use? etc.

I am currently looking for rss feed replacement, and Feedly is listed as a good one, the others are google current, flipboard and taptu.

DeleteCnet.com (a good site for reviews on electronic and internet issues, etc.) did a review on March 13 of five possible replacements, as well as linking to a site to explain how to move your subscriber's list.
ReplyDeletei've been using "bloglovin". right now they're taking advantage of google's insane decision and making it super easy to import your google reader feed. you can also claim your blog there by doing a post with a code in it. it's a pretty layout (prettier than google i think).

DeleteWhen I read a blog that is not on blogger, and I want to keep up with that blog that is when I subscribed to the blog and had it go to Google Reader. For a blog on Blogger I would just click to follow. Hopefully they will share more info soon.
